PropertyLeads.us – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

PropertyLeads.us ("Agency") provides digital marketing services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to: Cold calling & lead generation, Paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.), Website design & management, Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, and CRM setup & automation.

2. Payment & Fees

Our plans are structured as follows:

• Starter Plan: $999/month
• Growth Plan: $1,499/month
• Custom Plan: Up to $10,000/month (based on scope)

All payments are due monthly in advance. Work on campaigns and services will commence once payment for the upcoming billing cycle is received.

3. Contract Term & Cancellation

Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Either party may cancel this agreement with a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle begins. Payments already made for a service period are non-refundable, as services and resources are allocated immediately upon payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to required platforms (e.g., CRM, website, social media accounts).
• Respond to communications and approval requests from the Agency in a timely manner.
• Diligently follow up with all leads generated by the Agency's campaigns.

5. Results Disclaimer

While PropertyLeads.us utilizes proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific results. The success of marketing campaigns can be influenced by various external factors, including market conditions, local competition, and the effectiveness of the client's follow-up process.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, ad copy, campaign structures, and strategies developed by PropertyLeads.us remain the intellectual property of the Agency. Upon full payment for services rendered, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables created specifically for them for the duration of their business operations.

7. Confidentiality

Both the Agency and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business strategies, lead data, and other sensitive information. Such information will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or lost business opportunities. The Agency's total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific month in which any dispute arises.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
